1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using RAISURGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use RAISURGE. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. Multiple paid accounts are permitted for separate business entities.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use RAISURGE only for lawful purposes related to startup analytics and business research.
  • You may not: (a) submit false or misleading information in pitch analyses, (b) scrape or harvest data from the platform, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, (d) use the platform to spam or harass investors, or (e) resell access to RAISURGE without written permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of all pitch decks, business plans, and other materials you submit to RAISURGE. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  • Our Platform: RAISURGE, including its AI models, algorithms, interface designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.
  • AI-Generated Content: Analysis reports, recommendations, and scores generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes. You may use them freely in your business activities.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Free Tier: The Starter plan provides limited access at no cost. Feature limits may change with reasonable notice.
  • Paid Plans: Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are locked into their current rate until renewal.

6. AI Services & Disclaimers

  • RAISURGE's AI analysis, scores, and recommendations are provided as informational tools only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • We do not guarantee that using RAISURGE will result in successful outcomes. Investment decisions are made independently by investors.
  • AI-generated scores and feedback are based on pattern recognition from historical data and may not reflect current market conditions.
  • Investor matching is a discovery tool. RAISURGE does not act as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or intermediary in any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAISURGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RAISURGE in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from: (a) decisions made based on AI-generated analysis, (b) actions of investors or third parties, or (c) service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Your use of RAISURGE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  • You agree not to submit sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, health records) through the platform unless specifically requested for identity verification.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform's integrity.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you qualify for small claims court.
